What Causes Excessive Burping In A Child?

My 3 year old daughter has been burping all the time swallowing all the time more than usual she sounds like she is choking at night and some times even vomits at night but only seems to do it while she is laying down. She will burp just before she vomits. She is on acid reflex med but dose not seem to work for her looking for answers! Please

Such symptoms may due to over eating or over feeding and if this is so then this need to be controlled else this is nothing to worry, take care in feeding or eating, just do not worry about this, no need to treat this condition, take care, and have a nice day.
