Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Watery and heavy vaginal discharge is unlikely to be due to infection. Infection is usually accompanied by yellow colored and foul smelling discharge. Watery discharge can be due to pelvic organs congestion. I suggest you to consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
