What Causes Excessive Dizziness While Having Narrowing Of The Lower Spine?

I have two narrowing vertebrae in lower spine. It causes spasms, and I get dizziness. Lately, I have had severe dizzy spells, and come very close to fainting. Today after a bad one, my neighbor took my BP. It was 146/107. Should I be alarmed, and what should I immediately drink and/or eat to help bring the BP down as quickly as posssible?

I really appreciate your concern, it is may the BP or the spinal condition that you stated are responsible for your dizziness unless it is being confirmed by physician, underlying cause of dizziness need to be found out, what ever you drink or not it may not drink it does not matter at all hope this information helps.
