What Causes Excessive Earwax Buildup And Pricking Sensation In The Right Temple?

Hi. I have been getting a pins and needles sensation on my right temple for some time now. My right ear has recently started to feel tender deep inside. My doctor said I have lots of wax. Could these 2 be linked? I also have been suffering from what feels like a trapped nerve in my arm. My shoulders are very tense, tight and painful and it travels all the way down my right arm down to my fingers. Could this be serious? My doctor is not taking me seriously

It is pleasure to help you at this moment

First thing get the wax in both the ears cleaned. Go to ENT and he can do it easily. Use an antibiotic ear drops if any ear infection is suspected

Second thing, pins and needles can be due to many things, neuropathy, either due to vitamin deficiency or diabetes or various other reasons.

For this I suggest to take Multivitamin +mineral [B12 + B6 vitamins are very important] course daily one tablet for a month.

Shoulders getting tense, pain radiating to fingers can be due to nerve entrapment like carpel tunnel syndrome, or fibromyalgia or due to heart problem.

Now get an ECG, ECHO, TREADMILL TEST, and go to a neurologist if heart is normal
