I do not think i have any heart problem cause i do go for regular medical checkup (bp, blood sugar, bmi, ear and eye). This feeling have been having close to two years. Am 35yrs Male
Since other parameters seem to be fine and you are getting check-ups regularly, the problem what you are complaining could be due to vitamin/mineral deficiency and dehydration
Kindly take multivitamin-multimineral supplementation regularly and improve your intake of fluids to keep yourself hydrated all the while. Protein supplementation along with these should also help.
Eat a healthy diet and avoid intake of junk foods. Gradually, you should be able to overcome the problem.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Ashakiran S, General & Family Physician
