What Causes Excessive Fatigue While Treating Aplastic Anemia?

I have been diagnosed with Lupus since 2010 and at that time my major problem was my bonemarrow shut down for a period and I was aplastic anemic for 6 months and then the bone marrow began to sluggishly work again, I have been doing well except for FATIGUE and I have tried exercising more because if I move my joints are not as stiff however with the exercise all I want to do is sleep as soon as I am done and basically I am living to work and exercise and sleep. how do I approach my NEW rheumatologist about the fatigue I have an appointment with a new Rheumatologist due to my previous rheumatologis lack of concern or help with any of my on going issues.
