What Causes Excessive Hair Fall Despite Using Mintop?

hi, i used mintop 10 from last 3 years and taking finasteride for first 3 month then only mintop 10 is using without fail after 6 month using mintop 10 my hair growth is maintain with good quality so continue with mintop 10 till now. but after 3 years again my hair fall increased and my hair quantity is decreases day by day. what should i do ? shall i again start finastaride dosage again with mintop 10 ?
