What Causes Excessive Heart Beats?
Good afternoon - I have a resting heart rate of 104 bpm. My heart seems to be pumping hard, I can feel it through chest and neck I have spills of dizziness and nausea. I feel fatigued after a full night sleep and feel myself becoming anxious more so than usual. I am under heavy stress at work and this is the first time I ve felt like this. Any help? Thank you

Well come to HCM
This is what happens due to stress only, and nothing to do anything with any pathological process, you have to come out of this, try to control your thoughts, go exercise, relaxation therapy, breathing exercise, these would be much helpful in your symptoms, else this is nothing to worry, take care.
