What Causes Excessive Heat In The Body?

Gm, I came inside from outdoors and my body started getting overheated and before I could make it to turn the air on, I passed out and hit my head and put a small hole in the wall.. im not really in pain im just not understanding. I started my cycle for the second time this month after this fall. Should I seek medical attention asap. Im scared

Well come to HCM
This could be syncope and this need to be taken seriously, EKG and CT brain are must and this need to be done, if this turned negative then hypoglycemia could be the cause of this, hope this information helps, take care.
