What Causes Excessive Heating Up Of The Body And Dizziness?

Hello my fiancé is having issues with all the sudden having his body heat up! He sweats bad and gets light headed! Has passed out and twitches some while out! It last only a few minutes! He does not remember anything after passing out and his head hurts after! What could this be

Hello,

The mentioned symptoms could be due to a viral infection or some electrolyte imbalance.

He need to maintain hydration with lots of water. He should be given glucose-containing fluid also.

Meanwhile, I suggest to investigate with CBC, serum calcium estimation, serum pottasium estimation for primary work up.
