General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Its very common to have those symptoms at this stage. You need to eat every two hours a little amount of dry fruits, juices, fruits, biscuits anything to settle down the acid levels which cause nausea and acid reflux. I also suggest you to avoid taking tangy and spicy food frequently.
If you were my patient I will prescribe you tablet doxinate to take before sleep to avoid morning sickness. You can talk to your doctor regarding this tablet.

Regards,
Dr.Alekhya.
