What Causes Excessive Intestinal Gas And Nausea?

HI - I have been having a rumbling in my stomach and intestines for a few days. Can hear the rumbling and is pretty intense. Feel like I need to have a BM due to the gas (i m assuming) almost constantly, but have one only in the morning. I Am nauseous, with a burning in my stomach. Cant get comfortable at night and feel like I could vomit or have diarrhea, but never do. Bloated and full. I normally have a temp in the 97 area, but I have a temp of 99.8. I haven t been eating much due to the fact that it makes me feel worse, but I can t believe how much gas & belching I have with not much food.

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a irritable bowel syndrome. I suggest using Simethicone medications three times a day to relieve the bloating. I also suggest using daily probiotics. I recommend to eat a fiber rich diet and drink liquids.
