General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to upper respiratory tract infection (sore throat/laryngitis), oral infections, acid reflux, sinusitis (post nasal drip).

I would therefore suggest you to consult ENT specialist undergo clinical examination, throat swab test, routine blood tests.
Doctor will give following advises:
Antibiotic like amoxiclav
Mucolytic like Acetylcysteine or ambroxol
Do gargle with 2% betadine 2-3 times per day. take strepsil lozenges every 3-4 hours
Drink plenty of luke warm water
Avoid cold beverages, steam inhalation and use humidifier
Hope this information helps
