What Causes Excessive Mucus In Vomit While Having Severe Cough?

Hi, I am very sick. I have not eaten all day. I have been throwing up and it comes out all flemmy and gets stuck in my throat sometimes making me unable to breath. I have a really bad cough and every time I caugh it makes me want to throw up and it is also very flemmy. I want to know what to do about this, do I need to see a doctor or even go to a hospital?
