What Causes Excessive Saliva Secretion In Mouth?

For the last 3 months I been having trouble with an extremely excessive amount of saliva (mucus) in my mouth which is keeping me from been able to speaking properly due to the large amount of saliva in my mouth. My tongue has been burning like if it was on fire throughout the unset of the problem. I am also having a stabbing sharp pulsating pain to my left middle of my tongue on and off. When I rinse my mouth with Hydrogen Peroxide, my mouth produce an excessive amount of bubbles in my mouth which may be an indication of some kind of infection

Thanks for your query
.
Hydrogen peroxide is well known antiseptic but its bubbles are not an indication of infection.,this is H2O2 chemical property.

Excessive salivation is probably due to your tongue pathology which needs to be looked by a physician for proper diagnosis and treatment
