What Causes Excessive Salivation From Salivary Glands?
Extreme, syrup eminating from saliva glands...looks like raw egg white. If swallowed, heavy vomiting occurs. it flairs up when fatty foods are ingested, or, overeating occurs. No Doctor knows what to do!! Please help, as I m suffering terribly from this.
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain it seems like there is infection in your Salivary Gland and the white discharge is infectious fluid known as Pus.. When fatty food or heavy meal is taken there is increased salivation and therefore more of pus will flow out along with saliva.. You need to consult an Oral Physician and he can advise you to get a cross sectional x Ray done along with saliva culture to rule out for infection.. If infection is confirmed he can advy you to take antibiotics, anti inflammatory painkiller and drink plenty of water.. If there is vomiting you can take anti emetic lime Domperidone..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.. Dr. Honey Nandwani Arora.
