What Causes Excessive Shaking In The Mouth While Talking?

Hi, I was just wondering how to stop my mouth from shaking/trembling when I talk to people even when its people that Im fairly comfortable with. I just start talking and Im not even nervous but my mouth will just start shaking uncontrollably. It also does it when people take photos of me.
