What Causes Excessive Sleep?

i have been asleep for the last 36hrs and im still tired, i have had a headache, a temperature spike, and halucinations, i have been taking benylin, then switched to day/night nurse. i over relaxed in my chest right nowm is that because of the night nurse i took and hr ago?
