What Causes Excessive Sleepiness In A Patient With Type 2 Diabetes?

I have Type II Diabetes and I have experienced several episodes of extreme sleepiness to the point that I am falling asleep in mid-sentence. Is this because my glucose is too high or too low. I do not have my monitor with me. Today was probably the worst episode I have had.

first buy glucometer so that u can know ur sugar status just staying blind about ur sugar status isnt appropriate it can affect ur health very badly
