What Causes Excessive Sleeping And Fatigue Suffering From Motion Sickness?

On May 4, I was on a boat in the ocean and got seasickness. I vomited for 3 hours. When I got back to dry land I felt better but the next day I started to have diarrhea for 5 days. Then I was fatigued, mentally foggy, weak, and had aching muscles for about a month. Then it went away. Last week, I started having the same symptoms again and just want to sleep a lot, feel like I am walking in a fog. Any advice?

Hi welcome to health care magic...

You had history of chronic diarrhea and vomiting...

So along with dehydration you might have electrolytes imbalance....

So check you serum sodium and potassium levels....

Maintain your hydration with lots of water, coconut water, fruit juice etc....

If electrolytes imbalance present than corrected accordingly...

If this complaint from long time also investigate with...
-CBC
-CRP and
-Serum TSH and free t4
Than if needed specific therapy given..
