What Causes Excessive Sweating Along With Diarrhea?

My wife awoke with very bad sweats all over, diahrea, very cold and clammy skin, threw up a little. She started shaking and did not know I was there for only a moment. She is refusing to go to Emergency. After 30 minutes, the sweats got better, but very cold skin and clammy. Do you think it could be the flu? Im not sure what to look for this year. I was also concerned about a stroke, but no pain or drooping of anything at this time.

From the symptoms you described it can be Hypoglycemia and if associated with fever it can be Viral gastroenteritis , Malaria or Viral fever
Blood & Urine reports needed

Chills are caused by Malaria , Viral fevers
or Hypoglycaemia

stroke is a rare possibility.
