What Causes Excessive Sweating Along With Stomach Ache?

My 18 year old daughter has been battling not feeling well for the last two years, she says she feels like she has the flu, she sweats even when she is cold to the touch and is tired all the time, she has been battling stomach aches that are so intense I have taken her to the emergency room, they did an ultrasound of her stomach and found nothing so they sent us home to follow up with her regular Dr. She has seen our family physician repeatedly, they have tested her for mono and she just had her tonsils removed last week Wednesday. I am very worried about her due to the fact that she is losing weight at the rate of about a pound a day. She also does not seem to be recovering from the tonsillectomy like our other two children did, she is at day number 5 and cant hardly talk and says she feels like she has been run over by a truck.

Hello Dear. Most probably at this young age, the only possibility i feel is acid peptic disease. Some tips on lifestyle modifications to follow for your daughter

1. Do not eat spicy food
2. Take medications for gastritis- pantop/omez/rantac
3. Take little food at frequent intervals. Breakfast around 8am, small snack at 11am, lunch at 1pm, small snack at 4pm and dinner at 8pm
4. Drink plenty of water
5. Do not smoke, take alcohol or tobacco and even excess of coffee and tea
6. Do not take much of stress. Stress aggravates gastritis
7. Do regular exercise. Atleast half an hour per day
8. Learn meditation techniques
9. Follow this regularly for 21 days. It is said that anything you practice regularly for 21 days becomes a habit
