What Causes Excessive Sweating And Dizziness While Suffering From Hashimotos Thyroiditis?

Daughter has hashimotos thyroiditis and was born with gastorschesis and mal rotation of the intestines, she has been having profuse sweating, dizziness and feeling like she is going to pass out. She has not had her synthroid for a long time due to lack of health insurance.
