What Causes Excessive Sweating And Dizziness?

I sweat all over my body at work where it is hot. but I sweat in air conditioning like a few minutes ago. I was in my recliner asleep, a noise, woke me up, I got up and flush sweating occurred and a little dizzy. Sometimes I wake up sweating in bed in air conditioning with out any covers on. At work in a warehouse with not much ventilation, I can wring out water from my clothes all 4 hours. Ray

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

As per your case history of excessive sweating, my treatment advice is:

1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily.
2. Avoid excessive spicy foods and excessive salty diet.
3. Take a vitamin C supplement once daily for 3 months.

If the problem persists, then consult a dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
