What Causes Excessive Sweating And Itching In The Body?

hi I m a 50 yr old male. I am having a problem with excessive sweating at just about any movement at all. I also am itching every where but have no real rash. I have a few spots that are coming out and they come to a head with a white bump. I itch around my head and scalp more than anywhere else. When I sweat on my forehead and I wipe it off it feels like a sun burn. I also have an issue with feeling like I am going to faint and I am real dizzy. this started about 06/22/17 no known reason. I have racked my brain trying to think what it could be.I also discovered that I may have what feels like to me a hernia in my right side of my groin area. every time I cough or push I fill a slip or pop? my groin on the right side is swollen. This just happened in the last few days too I don t if it s related or not? No fever very tired though no known reason for that either. I have not taken any new medicine nor have I stopped.
