What Causes Excessive Sweating And Joints Pain After Stopping Alcohol Consumption?

I stopped drinking 3 or 4 days ago after consumming alchol on a daily basis for many years.I have had the sweating for about 2 days.This morning when I woke up all my joints were painful.Are painful joints part of alcohol withdrawal?my email address is YYYY@YYYY @
