What Causes Excessive Sweating And Muscle Aches While On Myers Way Diet?

I started the Meyers Way Diet for Hashimoto s Disease one week ago. I have not had caffeine, sugar, gluten, dairy products, or salt ( just sea salt). I start sweating when I walk around and my muscles are aching. What could be the problem, since I should have already gone through the caffeine and sugar withdrawal?

It may not be related to diet.

You can check your blood sugar level as low blood sugar values can cause sweating.

If symptoms persist, you can consult with your physician and get evaluated.
