General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

The symptoms are suggestive of a stone blocking urinary tract(kidney stones).

He needs immediate pain relief.1000 mg of paracoetomol(acetaminophen) will help him.he will feel better relief with painkillers (NSAIDS)like diclofenac tablets and hyoscine tablet..

Please take him to accident and emergency sectionin the government run hospital for emergency pain relief and further care without delay.

Hope this helps

Regards
Dr.N.Ananth
