General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your clinical history is concerned, please follow like this:

1) Do a clinical examination by your Doctor [ENT] and to confirm do few tests like [Videonystagmography, Post urography, and MRI scan].

2) Regarding prescription medications discuss with your Doctor:
a) Meclizine, for dizziness
b) Triamterene and hydrochlorothiazide for earplug

Do follow lifestyle modifications like this:
1) You may also eat six smaller meals rather than three meals a day.
2) Try to limit salt. Consuming foods and beverages high in salt can increase fluid retention.
3) Try to avoid monosodium glutamate (MSG) which is present in some pre-packaged food products and prepared restaurant fast foods.
4) Try to avoid foods and beverages that contain caffeine, such as chocolate, coffee, tea and certain soft drinks et cetera.
5) Stop smoking and try to manage stress and anxiety.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
