What Causes Excessive Sweating At Night While On Anti Seizure Medication?

I have chest sweating at night most nights. I am on anti-seizure medication and birth control pills. The sweating started about a year and half ago. I've also been dealing with nocturnal panic attacks every few weeks. I'm wondering if chest sweating is related to meds or if something else is going on?
