General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You are having excessive sweating from your head, you are in menopausal phase. Menopause is a natural process which is biological. But the physical symptoms, such as excessive sweating, hot flashes, and emotional symptoms of menopause may disrupt your sleep. It may lower your energy or affect emotional health. Excessive sweating from the heat is also one of the symptoms.

Take regular bath. Wear soft loose cotton clothes that are comfortable. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight. Maintain healthy weight. Do regular walking. Meet new people, make new friends. Stay away from addictions if any. Many effective treatments are available, from lifestyle adjustments to hormone therapy. Get clinically examined by a gynecologist or a GP. You can get T3, T4, TSH, CBC, lipid function tests, calcium level, etc., tested. Get a complete medical check up done. Get treated at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
