What Causes Excessive Sweating In A Child?

My 18 month old son is sweating a lot and has a low temp of 35.4 he s been coughing a lot the last few days accompanied with vomit most of which I think is caused from the coughing not so much a stomach bug as he is still eating and drinking maybe not as much as normal. He has been very whingy and crying a lot
