What Causes Excessive Sweating In The Groin Area?

Hi, I m a 19 year old male, no health problems. Over the past year My groin has started sweating all of the time, I ve tried powders and creams. And it eventually sweats through anything put on there to prevent sweat, leaving my crotch smelling bad. Occasionally After my crotch sweats for awhile it normalizes for awhile . The area underneath my balls is especially sticky. This has been really annoying, does anyone have a solution for this?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is not the skin lesion the it may be due to hernia and if it is the skin infection then it may be fungal one and it can be managed with Miconazole cream apply this three time in day, if the symptoms persist then it need to be seen clinically for correct diagnosis and may needs some test also hope this information helps.
