What Causes Excessive Sweating, Tiredness And Flu Symptoms?

After a physical work, walking and going up and down straits, I get so tired, that I need 3 days just to feel better. Recently, for the last 4 days my heart is raising and I feel exhausted. I sweat a lot. Drinking vitamin water makes me feel better. I am experiencing flue like sympoms.

Hello,

Following are my observations: 1) The exertion felt following the exercise could be due to lack of adequate hemoglobin (anemia), so get the blood checked for hemoglobin level and total RBC count as well as peripheral smear
2) Undetected diabetes can also be a cause for feeling excessively tired following exercise, hence checking of fasting and PP glucose levels is necessary
3) Since there is no mention of your age, sex, weight and height it is difficult comment
In case of flu- like symptoms body ache and fever plus nasal discharge are invariably present. None of those symptoms have been mentioned. Thus, please get a few tests as suggested.
