What Causes Excessive Sweating While On Paracetamol?

My mother is on warfarin, has heart failure and kidney failure issues, but low lying, she also has very bad arthritic knees. She has taken panadol to release the pain on her knees, but recently over the last two weeks she has been prescribed paracetomal. She is now experiencing hot / cold sweats. I have been onto the internet to check if this is heart/kidney/warfarin related, and it seems not. It seems that it s either her body is reacting to the recent change ? to paracetomal and / or she sits on her electric blanket. She s 86, very stubborn, and I haven t a clue what it could be. My heart tells me shes hot .... and or a reaction to the paracetomal.?
