What Causes Excessive Sweating While On Synthroid?
I am on Synthroid 100 mg and suffer from extreme sweating in my head and neck area. After reading symptoms related to synthroid I am wondering if the dosage is too great. I had my thyroid removed about four years ago. My thyroid meds have been changed over the past few years.

Yes excessive sweating may be caused by thyroid hormones along with tremors and heat intolerance . If you feel such symptoms , you check your TSH level which tell us weather the dose is adequate or not .So if you have not checked your TSH recently, then check it.
Genrally 100 is not too much for most of the people. If TSH normal then we should see other causes for the same problem.
