What Causes Excessive Sweating While Suffering From Hypertension?

I am 49 year old female. Everything I do lately causes my head and torso to start sweating with sweat running down my face, my hair gets wet, my underwear will be soaked. I cant hardly breath when I bend down to tie my shoes. I am a little over weight at 198 (I m 5 5 ) but this is getting worse and very uncomfortable. I do have high blood pressure and on medication. Should I see a heart doctor?

Hello,

I think the excess sweating doesn't come from hypertension. I believe it is caused by you being overweight. First of all, you should lose weight in order to lower blood pressure and also improve sweating.
