What Causes Excessive Sweating With Change In Weather?
Hello doctor I am 60years old now . I recognise that I usually have excessive sweating when the weather changes warm or cold ( mostly sweating on the face and feeling burning pain around area where passing the urine ) I check the urine test already and it is negative . Can I use the H.T. tablets like Premea 2.5 for a long term ? Is it safe to use these drugs for women now ? Thanks for your answer

Premea 2.5 is a medication used for hormone replacement therapy(HRT), It helps to reduce the discomfort in women before & after menopause.
Sweating, hot flushes, vaginal dryness, restlessness or anxiety are felt by all women in the menopausal phase. No worries, its natural, take it easy.
You can continue Premia 2.5 if you think you feel better when you take it, else you can stop after informing the PCP who prescribed the medication to you.
Take vitamin E(Evion), once daily, SSRI's(paroxetine -7.5 milligrams) effectively control hot flushes. You can use normal vaginal lubricants (local application) to avoid dry sex.
Take calcium, Vitamin D & magnesium supplements. Do regular exercises & maintain weight & healthy lifestyle.
