What Causes Excessive Sweating With Shaking Chills?

My husband gets very cold and can t heat up he shakes and this can last up to 30 minutes. This is similar to when he had heat stroke many years ago. He sweats very badly and sometimes we have to change the bed in the middle of the night and he has to shower

Hi,

Thanks for your post on HCM

I do understand your pain and discomforts

As per your history is concerned please follow point wise-:

1)Check his body temperature every 6 hours and if present do CBC with differential with malaria test

2)Take B-12 injection 3 times weekly up to one month then once a month until 6 months

3)Do fasting blood sugar and TSH test in at least 12 hours fast

final treatment depends upon test report and clinical findings
