What Causes Excessive Swelling In Arm And Chest Pain In A Drug Addict?
My cousin is a meth addict,she injects it in her veins,I don t have anything to do with her as she steals and lies ect.She has called me today though,saying she thinks someone has injected her with bleach,her arm has swollen up 5 times the size of the other one,it s black and hanging limp and she can t move it and has chest pains,and will not go to the hospital.Could this kill her

It is very important that your cousin goes to the ER as soon as possible. If the arm swells so much, it can cause necrosis of the arm and may lead to amputation. She may already be a little late if the arm is turning black and she is not able to move it.
