General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear , hi
I evaluated your query thoroughly.
This in relation with prolong dependency in particular positions & proximal
angular compressions from posture / socks .
Usually normal physiologic response in majority of people .
Suggestions for you :
- keep both legs elevated over 3-4 pillows at home for fast recovery.
- avoid prolong sitting in same position / prolong standing .
- avoid smoking / alcohol .
- can apply Framycetin cream over rashes .
- in severe cases one may require antibiotics +/- antiinflammatory drugs
after clinical evaluations.
- maintain hydrations & take nutritious diet .
hope this helps you to some extent.
wishing you fine recovery from it.
regards dear.
