What Causes Excessive Tears When I Am Emotional?

I think I must have overactive lacrimal glands or something. I cry (like tears down my face) whenever I properly laugh and whenever I yawn, and whenever I m tired especially in the morning or evening I get watery eyes but to the extent I have tears rolling down my face. It doesn t irritate me but I worry that it might be due to some other problem.

it appears there is block in nasolacrimal duct. first punctum dilatation and syringing may be done an repeated fr few more times. leared then problem is over. if not then x-ray can be taken after ijecting radio opaque dye. now exact point of block can be located. now surgery is the only option.
