What Causes Excessive Thirst And Weakness?

i am very thirsty at night, very tired all the time, gaining some weight because I am too tired to excersise ( I am a bike rider and a marathon runner so I am in good shape, and I urinate a lot especially at night. an.t sleep more than a couple of hours at a time cause of needing to urinate.
