General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your history about night sweats, tiredness, forgetting things, weight gain, problems in concentrating and focusing.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult your Primary Physician first for a proper and detailed clinical evaluation, examination and get preliminary investigations of blood for thyroid, hormones and general diseases like typhoid and so.
Further investigations as needed such as Ultrasound, X-rays, CT scans as needed.
Referral to the Specialist as per the primary findings for a proper evaluation and additional investigations to get a proper diagnosis so that a specific management can be done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
