What Causes Excessive Tooth Decay And Gum Bleeding In A Regular Smoker?

I have been smoking weed and cigarettes for a good portion of my life now starting at around age 11 and I am now 23 years old. For a while I ve noticed that when I smoke my teeth become sore and achy. I take pretty good care of my teeth. I have a few cavaties in two bottom molars but other than that and two of my wisdom teeth coming through earlier this year my teeth are pretty straight and well taken care of. It s kinda starting to worry me because I ve seen a bit of blood from my gums while brushing my teeth recently. I feel like maybe it could have something to do with the dryness of my mouth or maybe the suction but it s seem to become more often lately. HELP!
