What Causes Excessive Vaginal Discharge With Odor?

For the past five years I have had extreme leakage from the vagina with a terrible odor. Like hot pee or poop smelling. It s worse when I m active or hot but never goes away. I ve had basic std tests, tested for bacterial infection and bladder infection, had surgery on vagina and anus tried several kinds of meds and creams and still no diagnosis or solution. I drink a lot of water and have a fairly good diet. I have smoked pot since high school on a daily basis and I m not sure if it s related. I m just searching for any more answers because all the doctors I ve seen haven t been very helpful. They test me for the same things over and over again with everything being negative. Because they can t figure it out I ve been told everything from it s in my head to tour probably making this up . I need someone who cares and doesn t just want my money. Please help!!!!!!!
