What Causes Excessive Watery Vaginal Discharge?
I have a clear watery discharge that comes out like i just peed myself. It has a slight odor but nothing that is really noticeable unless you put it to your nose. And its not a fishy smell. Along with that i feel like i have something inside of my vagina. Kimd if like the feeling you would get if you had a tampon in which i dont. I also have light cramps that i can barely feel. There is no itching or burning and it doesnt hurt when i go to the bathroom or have sex. What is wrong

Watery vaginal discharge with light cramps could be as a result of a local vaginal infection or a PID/STI, or just normal during ovulation.I will suggest you see the Doctor for examination.A vaginal swap smear test and chlamydia test may be helpful.The cause of your problem may only be known after examination and work-ups.
