What Causes Excessive Weight Gain Along With Anxiety And Depression?

My son is 33 years old. He was on Growth Hormone when he was 10-13. Since graduating from college he has experience weight gain and loss, lethargy, job loss, sweating, anxiety, anger and depression. He went to an Endocrinologist 3 years ago and they said he was not low in GH but in testosterone. They said it was borderline. He has some some counseling but he says it s worthless. My mother s instincts tell me he has a hormonal imbalance of some sort. He s not himself. I also know it could totally be depression. What do you recommend?

The symptoms are suggestive of endocrine problems probably growth hormone deficiency.
Consult his endocrinologist and probably he will require hormone replacement.
