What Causes Excessive Weight Gain Along With Severe Hair Loss And Fatigue?

I am a 24 year old male with the following symptoms: weight gain, severe hair loss, extremely tired, severe headaches, feeling over-heated, needing to use the bathroom almost immediately after eating. I have been under the care of a neurologist for the headaches--which doesn t appear to be helping. I have had many blood tests--MRI. I am very active physically--used to play baseball in college--changing my diet (6 months) work out daily (running/weights).
