What Causes Excessive Weight Gain And Bloating When Diagnosed With H. Pylori Infection?

Good evening .I have been diagnosed with Helio pyroli bacteria .The specialist say s I caught it in Hospital After a gall bladder operation four years agoAfter two breath tests and two lots of strong antibiotics the test results still came back positiveToday I have repeated the breath test for the third time but don t get the results until January.Just after the operation I noticed i was gaining weight plus bloating I actually had gained 20kilos,but have dieted and done lots of exercising and have managed to lose ten kilos.Is it normal to gain so much weight? because when i read about this bacteria most people lose weight

As per your history is concerned please follow my advise below-:
1)Do ECG and ECHO to ruled out cardiac disorders[heart]
2)Do liver function test and renal function test[liver & kidney]
3)Do Fasting blood sugar and TSH test,ACTH [endocrine]
4) For H pylori tell your doctor to prescribe[clarithromycine+metronidazole] for full 14 days and pantaprazole once
5)Add one probiotic lactobacillus as caps three times per day.
